Limitation of Video and Photography Image corrections by Top Hat and Tails Weddings

(1) Extends to re-sizing of photographs to fit page size of page format i.e. our own wedding type albums not wholesale cropping of images.

(2) colour balance of photography and video images to reasonably approximate the lighting conditions of the event and or its environment

3) Any errors in the edited video production have to be notified within 7 days of the customer receiving the final production DVD as after that time all files that have formed part of the video production will be be deleted due the the extremely large amount of storage space required on each production this meaning after that time the customers DVD copy is the final production edited copy and no further edited alterations are possible after that time of 7 days, it is advisable that customers make further back up copies of any production in the the event that there original dvd,s become damaged etc, the 7 day time notification applies to discs suppled also.

Photography wedding album Prices

* Package prices for Photographer albums and its photographscan only be held for a period of 6 months from your wedding date, if after that date a price increase has occurred through reasons outside our control the customer shall be liable for any increase in the wedding album and its photographs , all booking fees are none refundable*

The balance of money owing

All photography Balances due MUST be paid in full 2 weeks before your wedding date, failure to accept this condition will make the contract between us null and void meaning we will not be present to take the photographs on your wedding day,A booking fee is to secure the booking date only and not a commitment from us to complete your wedding day photography, payment of all monies owing only secures our contract with you, If we decide in good faith because of some delay in settling this final pavement we may consider doing the photography work on the day of your wedding, if for any reason we still do not receive your final balance within 48 Hours we will and without notice to you delete the whole wedding photograph files and treat this as if there was no contract between us, all booking fees are none refundable A final option is given to you as a reminder in accepting this condition before you submit your booking request in the contact form all funds must be cleared before any work is completed and supplied to you, in the event of a cancellation within 4 weeks of your wedding date full the full amount of money will be sought as this may have prevented us from booking another wedding job to offset the cancellation.

Videography Payments

If it is felt by Top hat and Tails Weddings that there is a level of avoidance and without any communication from you as to the delay of payments monies to the payment of our wedding video work as contracted by you and ourselves all files relating to the Videography work will be deleted immediately and without notice as this will be taken as a breach of contract on your part and ourselves.

When a client books us to commission your Wedding Day Videography meaning to record, edit finally producing a DVD version, You must supply any music tracks ensuring that all licenses are paid for by yourself, if the music is not supplied we will edit the video with none copyright music, the final option is not not record your wedding on the day due to the fact our edit workflow could jeopardise our next video production. The customer initially decide at the outset you like the style of work we produce in particular the way the final edit is produced, this will have been shown via the work we have produced from other weddings, if it is decided that you the customer does not like the "FINAL EDIT" meaning your DVD version then a charge will be made of £175 to include a maximum of 5 cuts (meaning removal) in any part of the wedding video production that for some reason the customer feels should not be present on there Wedding day video

Meaning of a combined Wedding Photography and Video Package

Is in effect a single wedding production covering photography and videography offered at a discounted price, as we produce both events for you under the title of a combined package, this enables you the customer to budget for both wedding photography and Videography in a single payment but you must pay an amount of monies in security to of us for producing your event in advance of your wedding day , we ask what may amount to single payment for example if you where to book a photography only package , this means we will receive an amount of monies from you before the wedding date of approximately half the cost of the full production of the full wedding that as mentioned equates to approximately the cost of a single photography package, if for example we have difficulty receiving the balance that equates to the wedding video package part of the production the photography of the wedding day will be withheld until the remaining balance has been paid in full and funds cleared if paid by cheque only then will the wedding photographs , its album, and the wedding video production be released to you the customer, if you are not happy with this  option it is most important that you do not under any circumstances book this combined photography and Videography package with us..

Liability

Under no circumstances can Top Hat and Tails Weddings be made responsible for loss of photography images or the recording of your wedding day DVD through stolen equipment or a fault that has reasonably occurred through equipment failure or any other reason outside Anthony photographers control, this is to include adverse weather conditions that may put out recording equipment at risk of damage due to these conditions, it is your responsibility to ensure that we have suitable locations that enable us to complete your wedding day request works of photography or video recording work..
